Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email at Info.FELT@web.de or through the contact form on our website. Please clearly state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase and include your order number.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires.

2. Returning Items

After contacting us, we will provide you with the necessary information about the return process and the applicable return address.

Unless otherwise required by law, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising your right of withdrawal. Please contact us before sending any items back.

Please return items without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.

You may handle the goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.

3. Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery where required by law.

We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us at Info.FELT@web.de or through our website’s contact form.

Please include your order number and, where possible, clear photographs showing the issue. We will review your case and work with you to determine an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable law.

You will not be required to bear return costs that we are legally responsible for.

5. Size and Colour

Please review the product description and available product details carefully before placing your order.

If an item does not fit or you change your mind about its colour, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal where applicable. The fact that an item is produced after an order is placed does not, by itself, remove this right.
